For those of you not on Instagram, here is the latest from a post yesterday on my left knee, injured (somehow) back in late March:

Wine to celebrate not having a torn meniscus. Got results today from MRI done Monday: Meniscus is frayed and I have bad osteoarthritis. Had a cortisone shot today and I return in a couple of weeks to perhaps get a gel injection.

The cortisone shots I had to get in my neck really helped. I hope the shots work for your knee. When they work, they provide so much relief.
